4  Scope

The scope of this project focuses on the creation, deployment, and lifecycle management of a chatbot specifically tailored for the SRTFA production environment.

Included in scope:

• Design and implementation of chatbot conversation flows.

• Integration with relevant internal documentation and knowledge bases.

• User access through approved company platforms.

• Operational performance monitoring and continuous feature improvement.

• Training and onboarding material for end users.

Out of scope:

• Replacement of human decision-making.

• Full automation of production equipment or control systems.

• Support for non-SRTFA production lines at this stage (future phases may extend coverage).
